What is RCB

I've noticed some people offer SUB and RCB to gain referrals. I'm assuming SUB is sign-up bonus but what is RCB. And how do these work? Do you have to join something else to get paid the RCB? Do they pay it into the account you sign up for?

it means referral cash back. so anyone who is offering rcb will give some of ref commission back to you.

RCB stand for Referrals Cash-Back. It's mean every active referrals will get cash back from their referrer. It's a kind of profit sharing from the referrer to the referrals. Cash-back is good incentive to encourage referrals to be active. More active more earning to referrer. This program is good since referrer is not just take the advantage from the referrals. The amount of money depend on based on the terms of program.
