My grandmother sneeze in the morning, so does my mom, me and my daughter. Is it inherited or can we improve it by taking substance exmp: Vitamin C or any multivitamins? Thanks.

Hi. asxenon. It sounds as if you all may have an allergy or you may be allergic to dust particles in the air. I think that Vitamin C will help you to get rid of the germs of this cold.

Hi asxenon It might have to do with the sudden change in weather. If summer comes there are a lot of pollens in the air that is why we tend to sneeze a lot. However it might be that you have rhinitis or sinusitis?

I also sneeze a lot especially if it is cold or a sudden change of weather also triggers it. I am having allergic rhinits if there is a sudden change in the weather or I am allergic to one thing. It may also be heriditary because like you my cousin is also having this. What is really not good if you will develop runny nose and post nasal drip. It can cause a cough and you have to take mucolytics and antibiotics. Yes! Taking vitamins C is good and drinking a lot of water like 8 glasses a day, vitamin C strengthen your immune system and water cleanse your body.
