Not Getting Ads in Nebux

My DSL is not working fine due to the modem problem maybe. So I'm using mobile internet with my laptop from that day I'm not getting proper ads on neobux in start 2 adds even that was not working and now no ad. Often error in ads that someone with your ip already sees this ad. Please help me.. :(
