can we transfer money from paypal to moneybookers?

It is a place where you find people to exchange money with, you send them money to paypal and they send you money by moneybookers or whatever you want.
You have to find a person to exchange with though. Be sure to find a good person, there can be cheats.
Always risk is involved in money-exchange :p

lol...im better off keeping the money in my paypal, rather than get ROBBED by an cheat!!!

well there are trusted people there as well, not all are cheats, i believe you should look at their reputation then make a small exchange and then go in for a big exchange... or you can make small exchanges itself in time intervals :)

Practically you can but legally you cannot as this is money laundering. There are services offering that. Just use your bank account as the middle man. Send your paypal money to your bank account and from your bank account to whatever other services.
You're responsible for (potential) consequences.

ahan....if i were to transfer the money to any of my bank account, I would have never transferred it to money booker...infact that is the issue, paypal doesnt support my country.
