Why do we lie?

Honestly, I really hate liars! But sometimes, admit it or not, in one way or another, for whatever reasons, we lie. Some justifies lying, other says its just hinding the truth. How about you, why do you lie?

uhh.. maybe because.. We can't accept the fact? We are weak to say the truth? or maybe we don't want to hurt others feelings? An escape route? There is so many reasons why people lie.
for some reason there's a lie that helps.

We lie because we are to cowards to accept the reality and the consecuence of our actions. We must think and realise before we do something we are mistaken if we dont we at least must accept our actions and wait for the people in front we mistake to to forgive us and give us back their trust. But is so hard to understand every man ...

Hating liars makes you a hater. Anyway, I lie because its really beneficial. You can make friends, avoid conflict, and make money.

Of course we hate liars and when we say lie it sounds irritating to us. There are some kids of lies but it is still a lie. Sounds bad. There are times that lying can cause good to a person and some are not. In my part I always tell lies to my children especially if they need money. There are times that the children manipulates parents in many sense just for their habit. If they asked me about the money i have well, this is the beginning of lie on my part. They asking about some personal info. Thanks and have a nice day!

I try to be as truthful as I can and not lie to people.
If people ask for my opinion I am not all afraid to give them the truth.
Most people that know me know I am very caring person, but that I also don't mince my words when the truth is called for in any given situation.
However and I am not sure if this would be considered lying or not, but I don't always give the whole picture of things. Some of my friends and family know I am struggling financially but they have no idea because I have not told them that the situation is much dire than I am willing to cop to. Is omitting something technically a lie also, I guess it is a fine line we walk.

i hate liars but i do think sometimes lieing is the better option becasue the truth can hurt really bad but lieing can make it better (For them) when i lie it annoys me afterwards becasue i know ive done wrong so but yes i lie and im not proud off it but its the truth
