I copy paste my passwords. Put it all on one file and just copy paste it. Will that prevent the hackers to know my password? Especially the password on paypal account! We should really keep those secret but you cant be 100% sure from preventing hackers! What do you do to protect your passwords?

well you shouldn't keep your all passwords in a file.. even if you put, you should put in password protected document. one more thing that keylogger always been detected as trojan from most of antiviruses so you shouldn't be afraid from that.. just little care can keep you away from hackers.

That will make it only worse. Imagine using limewire and having that file accidentally in your shared files folder... whooops... everything online without ever the chance of you removing it. Just type it and make sure your computer's security is top-notch and you shouldn't be worried. I don't do much beside having a top-notch security system...

I use RoboForm so my passwords are not only encrypted but on a USB drive.

I think using a good anti-virus program like Avast would help you some but would not protect you from every thing. But it updates every day and have live protections.

what I do is I have my own copy of pass words which is readily available to me and because I change passwords often I need to rewrite them again and when I do not get one I request a password reminder or new password.By the way the most affordable and good password manager is the solution to this problem, you can get the free trial from my blog and test if its working fine with you if you ever want to purchase one.

I think that there is no foolproof solution to it.. .. hackers can always have some chance to get into your PC for such things.. you can only avoid small intrusions by keeping your antivirus software updated... Good luck

I just save all my passwords in Firefox and keep myself logged into the sites I visit, I also have my passwords saved in a Word Document.
