Natural remedies to Increase Stamina

Hi !! Off late I've been feeling really tired and low often . I used to be chirpy and active but now getting tired often . Please suggest some ideas and ways to increase stamina. would not only be helpful to me but to others also . Thanks in advance.

There are herbs that help you improve your well being.. You can have chicken essence, that helps you gradually and it's affordable. You can also have ginkgo tablets, it can keep your mind a little more active.. Ginseng is also a very good supplement as well to keep your stamina up. This is a much expensive supplement than chicken essence and you don't need to drink it everyday as it's a very heaty supplement. But you can if you want to.. :) That's all I can think of right now, but those are the supplements you can try to increase your well being.. :)

Stamina? Well, in sports you got to push yourself and get through fatigue. That is how we deal with it. To do that you have to run until you think you are tired and then keep on running. It is mind over matter. Once you have accomplished that you will have longer functioning time, for example in basketball you will be able to run up and down the court without getting tired. Anyway if you want stamina you should also eat more and sleep right. more food more energy, good sleep good day.

Healthy diet and exercise. I know that is a lame suggestion, but that is just the answer to all our health problems.
