Opinion about PTC sites.

Guys, How are you there, guys i want know your opinion about ptc sites on the internet, i find number of ptc sites over the internet. on the home page of the ptc sites, they discribe the earning on their sites, they say they will pay $0.1 per click, but when you sign up to the site, and click the ads over that site, they just pay $0.05 or even less $0.001. I notice this many times with many sites. guys i come to from this sites that this sites are geniunely fake, and they are misguiding people. guys what is your opinion regarding this PTC sites?. Do you find them genuine, and how for is my opinion correct.
