Can you earn by responding to the people who commented on your posts?

I am wondering because I saw some Mylotters who post their discussions in one or two sentences. And then they answer the responses they got in a more descriptive way. Are they being credited from that? I mean do they earn by doing so or is it a responsibility for the mylotter who post the discussion to answer to all the responses they've got?

There's a trick to earning. However, some myloters don't quite figure it out. You earn everytime you post, weather you start your own discussion, respond to someone else's, or comment to those who respond to you. However, to maxamize the earning and really benifit from it, you need to post more than one or two lines. A good paragraph, or more is worth more then a one-liner. Those people earn more by responding back, or commenting because they are expanding and typing at least one paragraph of material. If you can type three lines or more a paragraph, and then turn around and write several pragraphs, it'll be worth a lot more then a one-liner. The trick is to be distrive. Give your discussion substance and meaning. Doing so, will not only benifit you finically, but it'll also help your responder respond a little more e ffencently. And, you're more likely to be marked positivly for it. Gennerally I like to post a minium of two paragraphs per post. If I'm writting the discussion, at least three. Depending on my mood, the topic, and what I can think to say, it could be even more. People benifit more because it can often make sense. And, in the event I cause mass confusion, I know how I can respond should it warrent it.

ahaha, this is what my brain tells me about myLot no matter what others think this too is my logic. Some say that it is not necessary but when I see my daily earning I know I am doing something right. Thanks for eloquently listing this out as it is in the same direction I utilize everyday. Perhaps others have their ways but I certainly enjoy my way.

Well thanks for the information and the share of thoughts. I value your opinion and it's a big help for all the newbies to read this discussion. It says also that when you started a discussion you should not leave it just like that. Now I know why commenting to all the Mylotters who respond to your discussion also make u earn if your comment does make sense. :)

I think a response with high word count is preferable. That's why I try to be as descriptive or detailed in my response as much as possible even if it seems a bit superfluous. I treat every response as a chance to practice my writing skills and a chance to use my vocabulary. Anyway, I just keep on writing and writing because I know that myLot is a publication and we are all here as writers for myLot. Whatever comes to mind, if it is somehow related to the question being asked, I write it down and put it into words. So far, the rewards have been forthcoming. I've seen a marked improvement in my balance so high word count is now part of my overall strategy here in myLot. I have to answer in detail.

Yeah I think so. Thanks for sharing with us your thoughts. It's quite helpful specially to the newbies like me. I thought before that earning a lot is by posting many discussions and answering to different discussions as well so you can be of a higher point. I was wrong, thanks to all your answers. Now I really know that we must not leave the discussions we started. We must be polite also to answer our fellow mylotters responds to us. Have a nice day!

Hi dear, What Calchyan said is correct. The earning is depending on various factors. I know that the quality discussions deserve more. Always be sensible and if you get a 'best response' also make you dignified. In fact, participation, posting, commenting, responding etc. are valuable. But all these are combined with a good quality make more sense and ultimately will lead to a good earning also. Regards, Thanks-s

Yeah, on my first day I've read about that in the FAQ section that you earn here from the quality and not the quantity of all our posts. One thing that i need to be cleared to me is this discussion that asks more further if we are being credited if we answer all those who respond on the discussions that we post. Thank you my friend for responding in here. You are right we must be sensible and make good quality of posts. Have a nice day :-)

yes you do get paid for writting bsck. i always do this. some mylotters pick and choose. which i think is unfair. but i think its a good way to earn respect i not only do it because you get paid more im also basically thanking people for their comments.

Yeah keshia because sometimes when I respond to some of our fellow myLotters discussion. I'm also looking forward for them to reply as part of a knowledgeable discussion. That's why before I star a new discussion, I see to it that I answer those response that I get from my previous discussion. Before, I used to post and post but some of them until now are left unanswered. Thank you again my friend for the response. Have a nice day!
