A Tornado in the midst!

this was spotted and taken by a friend's friend last August 16, 4-5pm in Balangiga, Eastern Samar. no reported accidents happened as it was believed to have landed on the Leyte Gulf. very alarming though... a tornado in the Philippines.

This might be the reason why it pours snow crystal in Pampanga, That was so alarming rains pours heavily after that couple of avalanches landed
