Can't log-in my eon card after a while

I misplaced my eon card and by the time I found it, it wouldn't allow me to log in anymore. It says "please enter valid card no. or user id". Is my card already been forfeited? Anyone has encountered this kind of problem already? Thanks in advance guys.

Your password or PIN need to be updated you may call the branch of Union Bank where you registered for EON or call the hotline.I already encounter this problem. They will send you via email the link to reset your PIN.Hope this will help.

Somehow I would be frustrated to know about that if I where in your shoes. But I have not experience it. Because I have not log in to my account since July. I would like to try it at home I hope this one is ok and I wont experience your problem.
