Things you never had as a child........

Hi,,,I am waiting the delivery of a dolls house kit...nothing strange you say but im 55,,lol...As a child I always wanted a dolls house but never lucky to have one,my mum also around my age fulfilled her dreams for one,and a few years later without me knowing gave it to my brothers daughter,,I was so upset.
So am I alone here,do you hanker something you wanted as a child and since reaching the later years of life have managed to fulfill your dreams,or am I completly mad lol

i always wanted to have a car as a kid then even though i didnt know how to drive.
Well i guess came through cos i bought my 1st car yesterday.

Oh, just like my mom!! She always tells me that as a child, she never really had the chance to play dolls and that the only doll she had was a delicate porcelain doll whose eyes does not move! he he
I could not really think of something right now that i did not have as a child. I feel i have always been lucky - in my own rights, thanks to my mom who worked really hard to give us everything she can, so we'd enjoy our childhood. Maybe if those things i did not have, are those that i do not like, or maybe those that are not available in my time when i was just a child hehe :D

I always wanted to have a barbie when I was a kid. I had a friend who had a barbie and she had 2. She always played with it and I always watched her play with it. I had that fake barbie doll and I was happy about that too but my mom has to buy me that fake one after a few months cause the hair comes off after playing with it for some time.
