Have you experienced to be victim of flood?

Last week at around 11:30 pm there was a heavy rains, I and my friend had experienced that situation. We are both living near the river.
I was just lucky because I was able to saved all my things at home specially those, that we used it daily for survival. It is because before the flood start, I and my wife were already kept the things in the table so that when the flood starts all our things are already safe.
My friend did not able to saved their things because they their piglets (small backyard raising) now she starting from the beginning. It is very hard for her to start again from the bottom right!.

No i have never been but i think its very destructive i mean whole house property family all gets lost..may god and government help those victims..

Yes for those listed only, pity to those family that was not listed. Like mine. Because after the flash flood my family evacuated to the nearest relatives.

Hi tuayon,
No I havent been a victim of flood, but yes, I have been a part of many local groups that have been there to help and support people who have been affected with floods. I have physically visited people and provided them with food, clothes and medicines during the floods. This has been my only relationship with floods. I loved doing social and charity work and volunteered many a times for such causes. I am pained to see the sufferings and miseries that people are forced to face due to lack of foresightedness and miscalculations by the people who can prevent a few of such disasters.

Thats heroism and generousity simple you did have
a good heart...
I really appreciated those people
who have a good heart and concerned
with there humane soceity.

showered with full of blessings by HIM
because I believe that you planted good
deeds to the people whom are suffering
or striving on that certain crisis, sooner
or later you will be rewarded by our creator

Dear friend,
From God's blessing, not yet. But I had talked to few of flood victims who had been in our place as refugees, later charity trusts came forward to help them. They had explained how bad situation they are in when they have face flood in their village.

Hi friend yes they are right...
some municipality in my place will
give some help.
I think that was not happened in my place
(the charity thing) may be because my place
is not that big.
But the good thing there is, we are OK! nobody
was hurt.
Though some stuffs were lost but we are still alive
thats most important and thats already a blessing from God.
Right!

I know what you are saying. We actually come from the same locality and yes, some areas do get flooded when heavy rains come. It is hard when this happens and as usual, the next few months are considered rainy months for us, so always be prepared.
