"TAMPER DATA" useful or not?

do you know about tamper data? i know it for quiet a long time now and i have used it also in some applications. so for me, its useful if you know whats its use in the net. others may think this ad on is alright but in my opinion this is a cheating ad on, you are changing the content of data to the advantage of your own self. what do you think mylotters? ^^
