People doing weird things in public

Walking down the street, you see people doing all kinds of weird stuff in big cities.Or when you sit down at park you can hear some funny thing. Yesterday I saw an intoxicated bum throwing rocks at park and yelling. What's the weirdest thing you've ever seen?
