Is demand studios accepting application around the world?

hello everyone! I was trying to submit my application in demand studios but they are not accepting it. anybody is using this site? do you think they are not accepting application outside US?

I am not sure about it. As i came to this site just before 10 mins. I think I will research it well and then i will join the site and try to get approved.
