i know its a tough situation for you.but you cant do anything.she is your ex and she is not wrong in her way.she may have found her right choice in your friend.so be a sport,and look for someone else.leave them alone.

If I were in your shoes, of course It'll make me jealous if and if I still have feelings for my ex or if I haven't moved on yet. But if your break-up was mutual, I guess there's no reason for you to get mad or stay jealous over time when you see your ex and your best friend together. I always had that in mind that I wouldn't date any of ex of my close friends to avoid dispute or whatsoever; so as I wouldn't want them to do the same also. But come to think of it, I can't really control them. I suggest that you re-examine yourself , maybe you're still not over your ex that's why you're feeling that way towards them. I know its just normal that you get jealous or feel awkward and uncomfortable at times. but you'll get over it eventually. As much as it irritates you that you ex is dating your best friend or even if it irritates you that your best friend practically ate what you threw up, just be happy for them both. You deserve to be happy as well rather than overthinking of your ex and your bestfriend. and instead, start focusing on your career or your relationship as well. Best of luck to you.
