Ways to keep yourself out of sleep

Have you ever get very drowsy, but have lots of things on hand need to be done? Some says coffee, tea or cigarette may help you stay awake. But i felt that coffee don't have any effect on me. Are any of you facing the same problem? Any solutions for that?

When ever i get drowsy, and want to keep myself awake, i simply wash my face with cold water and splash cold water on the eyes too and that makes me fresh for some time.

Coffee works for me. I think coffee will also work for you. You just have to increase the amount of coffee. If a cup won't do then drink 2 or more. For sure the caffeine will keeps you awake. You can also try eating lots of sweets like cake. This will increase the sugar level in your body which can also keeps you awake.

Maybe will try to take more coffee for a try. However, 1 cup seems not enough.

well you really can't get away with that. our body needs rest so we can keep with our daily activities. For me just a strong coffee and i will surely be awake for hours. wow I'm amaze that coffee gives you no effect at all. Maybe you do some stretching and bending every now and then in between your work.
