If you are going to sell your house in Philippines, how much will you sell it? - at current market value? - below market value? - above market value? - or you won't sell it, no matter what, even if you are going overseas as immigrant?

For me it's nice to stay here in Davao, for sale house and lot you can avail at low low prices, stay peacefully.

I am not leaving the country but I am selling my house in Antipolo, along Sumulong Hi-way. Anyone interested? It's flood free. And there's a new SM being constructed 1 km away.

If I am going overseas and no one left here in our country I would sell all my property. But let say that I still have my parents and my relatives I would let them used and maintain my property for the meantime until I could find a place to settle down and used as my summer break vacation home.
