Fighting witch sleep

How to struggle witch sleep? I can not sleep earlier than 24:00 in the morning becouse it is difficult to get up. What are the recommendations?

mm..like sindroma sleep?maybe you do some sport or activity to make your body can arrange sleep time.have you try that?it means,can re-covered our body which is going no neutral anymore
