Cruel Intention

Let's play the jury. The victim is a 14 year old girl. She was invited by her friend, also the same age she was to go to a mall. They agreed to meet there. Instead, the victim's friend took her to other place unknown to her. This place looks like an ordinary snack bar. The two of them were the only customer there since it's only 3:30 in the afternoon. The friend ordered a drinks which looks like an ordinary pineapple drink, taste like an ordinary juice. That friend made the victim drink the entire contents of the canister,at least 700ml. It was only then, the victim realized that the drink is an intoxicated beverage. She passed out,but before that she could hear her friend evil laugh. When the poor victim is fully unconscious, that evil friend ordered another drink, and started pouring it on the poor victim's mouth. This was witnessed by the attending waitress. Next thing, the evil friend did is call her friend which arrived soon with an extra clothes with her. They changed the clothing of the victim then brought the victim with them to their other friends house. There waits the others, 6 boys and 4 girls including the evil friend. In that house, they again changed the victim's clothing who is still fully unconscious. For 3 hours in that house, they had decided to call the victim's parents to fetch the poor girl. When the victim's parents arrived, the evil friend had already left leaving the poor girl in the company of the others. The first thing the parents did is bring the victim to a hospital for a check up due to continuous vomiting and possibility of rape. The victim is negative of any genital injury, but had several concussion on her head. The victim filed charges against her evil friend and her conspirator. The evil friend alibi is that they're only trying to help the victim because she is drunk and they change her clothing because she had vomited on them. The victim nor her parents wants to accept their ridiculous alibi. If you're on the jury, what's your opinion in these case?

Sweetie, i won't be the jury. I will be the judge. I don't care for the age. I would lock all of them up and make sure they regret what they have done to that girl. I cannot think how children can be so cruel. If they want to play an adult game, they will be treated and punished like adults. TATA.

I would have done exactly the same if i were her mother sweetie. Whether she was raped or not, anything bad could have happened. Too play with another person's life is not a joke. I hope they go to jail for this.

The fiscal handling the case wanted them to make amends with the evil friend's mother. Because they claim there's no rape happened according to the medico-legal. But, the mother of the victim refuse. She's determined to get justice for her daughter.

I hope these evil so called friends get in trouble to the fullest extent as this evil and horrible thing to have done. If I was the juror I find them guilty and make sure they get the punishment they deserve.

The system every where is pretty screwed up as it appears that guilty get off scot free while the innocent rots in jail. No justice.

Unfortunately, the fiscal handling this case is biased. He still did not make any resolution. The evil friend mother filed counter charges against the mother of the victim for perjury. The fiscal handling the case, ask the mother of the victim to make amends with the mother of the evil friend so that there will be no case. The mother of the victim refused. This is the ugly face of justice system here.

Wel, both the girl and the friend are minors, that is one - so the possibility is for the other girl to have a community service. For the changing of clothes, etc. I think there is still some intentions, like a "want" to do the girl a harm, bringing her to a place while she is unconscious... that is a motive to let the boys rape her - though they did not... i guess they freaked out with the plan and eventually called the parents. If she wanted to help, she would have called the parents to pick up their daughter at the bar... not somewhere else.

And they wouldn't change the victim clothing at the bar. Here's another circumstance, the mother of the victim found out that it was not only at that snack bar that they had change the clothes, they also change it in their conspirators house. One of the boys admitted the ownership of the shirt. But deny they did any harm to the victim. They claim they're just trying to help.

Though the evil friend is a minor. Her conspirators were not. Some of them were 18 years old, particularly the boys. Only the 4 girls were minors.

If these are the whole fact, of course the girl and all her conspirators have committed serious crime. They should be punished strictly regardless of age. Actually I think in some places the minors should be responsible to their action. Yes, they are young, they may be not so clear of politics, economy, law... so it's reasonable for them to immune from the punishment of these kind of crime. But no matter how young a person is, he/she should know it's a serious crime to murder, rape and rob. Even though regardless of laws, one should know it's wrong to hurt others.
