regardless of it being a weight loss program or fitness enhancement program or just a short term boost to pass certain physical test? If u are paying to pay, what will be the price u'r comfortable with along withthw amount of sessions to justify it? If u have a friend who's a trainer or instructor, will u pay them for lessons? If it happens that he has got no qualification but has got vast experience under his belt, would u consider paying the same or lesser?

I won't. It simply takes discipline and a little research. No fitness program can instill discipline. I take the time to wake up and jog every morning as my fitness regimen. You don't have to go to the gym to stay fit. Others are motivated by it but I'm not.

There will always be a time whereby we become stagnant or bored with the routine and thus we need someone to motivate us, isn't that the case? Just like now, I feel so bored out on my own, doing my exercises, thus I'm thinking if it's worth it to pay for one.

Well, if you get to that point then maybe it would help to have a new program. The good thing about having a program is, you'll be able to really tone the areas that you want to focus on and a trainer can explain how to do it and why.

Alot depends on the price of those trainers.. GOing by market rate, their personalised trainings are not that cheap, but they do indeed produce results though.. If paying allows me to get what i want, then why not?? After all, it's for my own benefit, and saving myself alot of time too.. haha =D IF the instructor is my friends, i will try to ask for cheaper rates, but i dun think he might agree?? Friends as we might be, but after all, it's business we talking about.. haha

So far, u are the first person to agree upon paying for fitness programs. Those sound reasonable as well and justify for what I going to pay for, if I really need one.

THat's nice.. Self control is the key to almost everything. I just hope i can fight the temptation when the time comes.
