US doling out $540 million to corrupt countries

THese grants are meant to reward developing countries with U.S. aid for good governance. But this money is going to corrupt countries.

The Millennium Challenge group is supposed to be tossing our money around but how well are they watching the countries that get it?
By the way, with such a deficit and our own people losing their jobs and homes, why are we giving away that kind of money?

Of course he continues to do illegal things, because HE IS ILLEGAL and no one will do a .... thing about it. The spineless cowards will not tell the truth and remove or impeach him. It is vile.

i'm sure that's a drop in the bucket compared to over all wastefulness.
but honestly,i don't think any money should be going overseas.
