I am starting a new blog, however I have questions about creating additional traffic. Are exchange sites helpful in a legitmate way? Hit farms are completly different right? From what I have gathered they are prohibited for affiliates or something along those lines. How will I know if a site is a hit farm. Right now Im just searching and signing up for traffic sites. I came across a few exchange sites. All legitmate advic is very Helpful . Thanks!

Avoid traffic exchanges unless you want to use them for referral links. Instead of getting more people to your blog your pagerank will be killed. I unfortunately learned this the hard way. Just try exchanging links with other people that have blogs and maybe try blog directories. Also it takes time to get people to come to your blog so just hang in there.

I am also using exchange traffic site like easyhits4u and it really made my page views soar dramatically and my earnings, too. However, I have doubts if the earnings there will be forfeited r not....This I have to find out first...
