Now Billy literally has Victor on his back

With the incomplete tattoo, Billy now has Victor in a heart on his back. And, unknowing to him, Victor is about to get the report from his PI on everything Billy, especially all his dirty little secrets. The tattoo scene with Victoria and Billy was very funny and fun but with a hidden meaning.

That was funny. I wonder tho... remember Victor got a call..I couldn't read who from, but it said something Billy or something like that. And then the tatoo artist collapses suddenly? Did Victor do something to make that happen? They didn't show, but probably did!
But I keep "telling" Victoria.. get a magic marker and put the 'i' and 'a' on there for the poor guy!
Her's is disgusting. I can't read what it says, but what a disgusting place to put it when that area of the back is commonly uncovered by fashion these days!
But I hope nad look forward to some silliness and fun and different things with the two of them. She'll take a job at Restless Style and I hope they make those two work great. What a refreshing change it will be!

I thought that so funny that the tatoo read Victor. I guess Billy will never be able to get rid of Victor now. I am sorry that the tatoo artist did have a heart attack through. I hope that Victor gets all the dirt on Billy because Victoria can do so much better. I am sure there is a message somewhere.
