Zucchini Bread Recipes

Somehow I have managed to lose my favorite zucchini bread recipe and I'm looking for a new one. Does anyone have one they would like to share? Tell me your recipe and why you like it more than others you've tried. I'd really like to find one that's pretty easy to make.

I don't have a recipe for you. I have never actually had zucchini bread. I am not much a fan of zucchini. You should check out allrecipes.com they usually have lots of different choices for recipes and all the ones I have gotten have been very good. What type of bread would you compare zucchini bread to? Would it appeal to someone who doesn't like zucchini?

zucchini bread is sort of like banana bread actually. It's sweet and has a rich consistancy. It doesn't taste like you would expect. I don't like squash at all, but I love zucchini bread.
