Gain weight!

Im kinda of depress about my weight. I'm underweight for my height of 5'4. And look skinny. I tried some supplement but didn't work. Does anyone knew how to gain weight by natural, like healthy foods? I don't have much time for exercise. Please help..

Hi. Try eating healthy. Also drink plenty of fluids. Don't be frustrated, some people just don't gain weight because of their metabolism or because of their hormones. I took pills before and that's how I gained weight. I can't say that should work for everybody but it worked for me. I ended up drinking plenty of fluids and these fluids were retained in my body and I ended up curvier.

Add to that, have plenty of rest. Have plenty of sleep. If you combine all of them, plenty of sleep, eating healthy, and dinking plenty of fluids, then chances are you will gain weight and become more healthier. Also don't forget, plenty of exercise. And last but not the least, trust in God. Complete formula.

Unfortunately, you really need to exercise or what you'll gain is fat. Try to exercise at least 3 times a day.

Actually i never gain fat. No matter how much i eat, it seems i am not gaining any pounds.

I am also interested in this topic since i too have wight gain problems. I take vitamins since it can somehow help..but it never did had any effect on me.

Why dont take any protein supplement? or Add more carbohydrates in your diet! Try to gain muscle and the you will gain more weight not just fat, it is going to be muscle.
