The internet is virtual. This means that as far as another country may be is as near as you can connect to the internet.

it is true that the internet is virtual to everybody,the technology eliminate the distance among all people,and make the world where we are living become the Global village .but there are some people will not admit that we are living in the same village ,just admit that we are divided by IP address dew to they finding others' IP addresses so as to do their favorite things.
