Anyone knows about Post Traumatic Experience?

Do You know someone who experience a post trauma of any incident or accident? What was the aftermath? Did he or she undergo a post traumatic experience? Is it also possible that the victim or the person will not experience a trauma? What if the peron is very passive and no comment about what happened?
