I have been thinking about this and would like to know about it. I love watching F1 and predicting the winners there are not that tough. And especially on some sports like boxing where you only bet on one side. So anyone here doing it? What is your experience about it? Or have you thought of doing it too?

I do not think that's a good way to try to make money with betting, it is too risky, and not depend on you, you are in the hands of your fate. I prefer to make money with all these types of sites like myLot, without investing anything, knowing that your effort based on your income you can get better, ultimately depends on us.

Make money through betting is still too risky for me, cause there's chances that you might lost money through the betting, it mostly rely on luck. Of course we can do a lot of survey and analysis before betting, but it's still risky cause rumours are all over the place on net and we can't really tell wether it's truth or not.

I don't do it on a regular basis or anything, but I have done it a couple of times, and then I have usually done pretty well for myself. So I am not against it, but I would hate to get hooked on it or something, so I just do it for special occasions, such as the World Cup and stuff.

for me i rather invest for betting in forex then in sport, because in forex we have something what we call as analizing the movement of the currency which in sport we can`t do it, future more if you like two ways betting Forex is the right place. another good sides for forex betting is the change to regain is really much.

It's more fun for me to watch a game (live or TV) when I bet just a small amount like 5$ on the outcome of the game. For me it's just a hobby because it's difficult to make money with sports betting. Like you said, it's easy to predict the winner in F1 but that means the payout is low too. Except you bet on a underdog but how big are the chances he will win? For me personally the only way to earn money with sports betting is arbitrage. Sometimes bookmakers have different quotes for games and you can make money in betting on both outcomes for a football game (e.g.). But mostly it's not more than 1% you can make and you have the risk that the bookmaker changes the quote while you want to bet.
