Guys you drink milk everyday?

Yes I drink milk every day. But I only drink skim milk. Skim milk has no fat and I believe it tastes delicious. Also it has a ton of protein which is good because a lot of Americans do not get enough protein and I would consider that an epidemic because we all need protein.

I don't love to drink milk every day,i don't like the taste of the milk,especially the pure milk.Sometimes i drink the yogurt in daily.It tastes better than the pure milk.I think you can have a try.

I like drinking milk since childhood. Nowadays, I only drink milk occasionally. Unfortunately, I become cautious and skeptical about milk ever since reading the news about the contaminated milk product with melamine. Besides, there are lot of nutritious food other than milk. I'm vegan, so I haven't drank milk in years. I enjoyed it as a child though, and was a huge cheese lover. I usually drink fortified almond or soy milk on a regular basis though to get B12, but not on a daily basis.

I drink milk every day for either lunch or dinner. I like milk and I also like chocolate milk.
