I really like ASOS, they have stuff in all price ranges, including some very affordable stuff. And you can also sort the items based on price on the website. Delias is also good if you live in the US. And don't forget to check Ebay, this is what I do, and I really find amazing bargains there!

try wholesale-dress.net it a website where you can buy affordable korean/ japanesse clothes for as low as $1 with no minimum order. Their clothes were affordable but has good quality.
