fresh tomatoes on my homemade pizza!

Just to experiment, I tried to make a vegetarian pizza bun to ease my cravings for pizza. I sauteed a kilo of tomatoes in olive oil, put some onions, bell pepper, salt, ground pepper, and Italian spice to taste. I spread it on my bun, sprinkled it with mozzarella cheese, and placed it in the oven toaster...tadah! Pizza-licious and very affordable! Can you also share some of your pizza experiments? I would like to try it too...Thanks

When I was a lid, my mom used to make us mini pizzas using spaghetti sauce, English muffins, mozzarella cheese and pepperoni or sausage. You just spread some sauce on the English muffins, add toppings, put it in the oven and bake at 350 degrees for 15 minutes. They make a great snack. We also used hot dog buns to make pizza subs before.

Hi,
I love to eat pizza,but I never try to make
my home made pizza before,no time to make and
I am not a good baker,don't think I am able to do it.
Normally, I will go Pizza Hut to have my pizza and
most of the time, I will go for Chicken supreme pizza.
I like to have more cheese on my pizza...I love the cheesy taste.

wow, i did something like that too. what i did, was mix some garlic powder with olive oil, then i sliced some tomatoes, and i dirzzeled the garlickey oil over it. then i put really, really thin slices of mozzerella on top, then added some fresh leaves of basil on top, with more olive oil. it surprisingly turned out pretty good. i served it as an appetizer to some guests. i also made another on with chicken tikka masala on it instead of of sauce and cheese. it turned out excelent, very strong indian, spicy, buttery taste. mind you, i come up with all this and im 13 years old, :D
