I love the cold weather.., I love to go to places with high altitude because the air would get so cold and the fog is really thick.., But I've got a problem with these.., I've noticed this not just once but a couple of times already.., When I'm in a place where it is really cold.., either if it's the wind or an air-conditioned room.., My skin develops some hives.. I'm not sure if that's how it is called.., It's somewhat like elevated patches of skin and it's sometimes itchy.., and it's reddish.., and my face forms straight lines of similar skin elevation.., like someone have scratch my face with long fingernails and it's red too.., Do you know anyone who experienced the same.., I am wondering if there is an underlying cause..=)

i know how sinusitis can actually be painful.. when it's cold.., your sinuses gets constricted and the fluid can be clogged in there and making it painful.., you can try steam inhalation.., it provides fast relief.. i've tried it a couple of times...

you require antioxidants like vitamin e and c or take plenty of parsley youll feel relief i suggest you to take a 14 day course of tipple guard echinecea with bio c(onetab TDS) and prselenium e(1 tab OD)and repeat the course when the wheather changes. Both C And E take care of cell membrane and cell fluids

I also experienced the same thing with you. I am also allergic to the cold. The most excruciating when the night air is very cold because I live in the mountains.
