Yes, I have this situation now with my House helper for 8 months now that on the time that I let her leave out of the house. When she first come in the house my wife is starting to have her work when she stopped the work she talked to the House helper that we are no longer need her for my wife already got no work and what she do is she go to the House of my wife's friend and start to tell bad things unto my wife and to my House, I wanted to talked with her after all the good things we do for her and I am so glad that I did not make yet her working visa and pay for her release due to her attitude but i am so worried with my wife for she is not going out or even visit with her friend anymore for this house helper is already in one of her friend's house in which she used to visit their once a week. What would be the thing that i need to do with my wife situation...

well i think any of the house help does that. sometimes it was out of anger or sometimes just the fun of gossiping. i dont know why some enjoy this. and my stand here is. whatever happened inside the house should remain inside the house. and if you have nothing to say good about the person then dont say anything at all.

Same as employer and employee confidentiality. What happens in the home stays in the home. If the house help does not follow the rules and resents the truth it is time to go.
Say next, as your home is like your domain and it is to be respected.
