clearly the most dominant force ever in the sports world. It can be impossible to beat them. No matter what country they are against, they dominate. Sometimes it looks like they are just playing with the opponent. Who has the best chance of beating them? Any team that does, I can assume has NBA players on their team. I guess Basketball is truly American.

Well , this is true. But there is one team that can really compete with them. And that is Spain. But don't get me wrong , USA is basically the powerhouse of the FIBA Championship.
