Hi.., when I have my sinuses clogged..it's really painful and irritating.. what i do is do a steam inhalation.., You can boil a water and once it has reached the boiling point.., pour it on a bowl or anywhere that has a small hole where the steam can go out.., then you may add Vicks vapor rub on the water.., the menthol scent will also aid in the relief.,., Just face the steam in a tolerable angle and you can feel the relief starting to set in in a few minutes..=)

My avdice is see a doctor. I battle a lot with sinutitis and right now I am struggling with it again! Hot and cold weather causes it and right now we are humid again! Gr! I would love to see a doctor for it but when I do I am put on antibitocs. I usually get more sick before I get better! Sometimes I end up with my sinutitis not completely cleared up! I need to see a specialist but there is only one in town. I did see him a few times but he didn't help me so I never went back! I hope you have better luck then me!

Sinusitis clears itself within a week. It is a virus which causes it and so nothing will "clear it up" other than rest and waiting for the virus to be fought naturally by your body. If the symptoms last more than 5-7 days, you should see a doctor, as clearly it isnt just a simple virus and may be caused by bacteria which will not clear itself up without anti biotics.

I am suffering from sinusitis as well. And..you are having allergic too, I guess. My sinusitis will come out mostly when the weather is too cold or too much dust. I went consulted doctor, and the doctor suggested me to have little surgery for my nose. But I didn't ready for it. Just take a lot of rest. People who suffered from sinusitis, get tired more easily. And we do need a lot of rest to recover. If you get tired, your sinusitis will come out. Beside that, try to avoid your sinusitis causes, like hot and cold places, and things that are very fragrance and bad odor. I think you have better go to the doctor to check about it. Maybe you can know what you can do more. That's what my doctor told me to do. Hope it is useful for you. ^^

what you need to try is anything with eucalyptus and steam. i had similar problems until i started regular visits to my gym . by the swimmingpool is a steam room and it is fantastic for my sinusitis. just sitting in the steam clears the problem but if you want a cheaper remedy use a large bowl of boiled kettle water, eucalyptus oil (just a few drops) put a large towel over your head and inhale the steam as it rises. good luck!

you should go to consult a physician...he will give you the proper solution..its should not be good to handle medicines without a proper medical practitioner's advice....and get well soon...
