Green tea is prepared differently from other teas, whose leaves are left to ferment. After collection, green tea leaves are immediately dried, thus obtaning a lower content of tein. Another consequence of drying the collected tea leaves is that green tea has a high content of vitamins. It contains s lot of vitamin A,B,C,E and minerals like iron, calcium, phosphorus and potassium. Have you ever drank green tea? Do you have the habit to drink green tea?

I love drinking green tea, may it be in liquid form or in capsule form (supplement). And that is because green tea is very healthy for the body. For the reason that green tea has contains a lot of salubrious polyphenols, particularly catechins, the most abundant of which is epigallocatechin gallate - an anti oxidant which is very beneficial to the human bodies according to studies. Moreover, green tea also contains carotenoids, tocopherols, ascorbic acid (vitamin C), minerals such as chromium, manganese, selenium or zinc, and certain phytochemical compounds. And it is considered more potent than black tea as an anti oxidant. Happy MyLotting!
