4 Foods That Prevent Wrinkles

In a time when plastic surgery seems to solve most problems we face (at least aesthetically), you should tealize that something as simple as eating may stop the biological clock and slow down the aging process. There are foods that have been tested and have really strong properties on keeping the young aspect of the skin. There are: - beans - tomatoes - acai berry - vegetables with green leaves Compared with these foods, the commercial creams witch most of us are used for the skin rejuvenation do nothing but give your skin one or more elements that it lacks: water, vitamins, and fatty acids. Therefore you should stop thinking that the commerical creams are the only way to help your skin and try to combine them with the wonderful foods.

I never use the commercial cream for my skin but most of the time I just wash my skin with water. and drink a lot of water. If you drink enough water everyday, it will definitely make you look good. I did not know that those food that you mention will help in prevent wrinkles, I will give it a try!

wow! this is good to know.. I am always concern with getting wrinkles on my face.. Though there is no signs yet because I am still in my mid twenties.., I always wanted to know how to prevent the signs of aging from appearing in early age., This is very helpful..thanks..=)

I agree that healthy foods can really help in slowing down the aging process along with exercise. Unfortunately not everyone has the luxury and the time to prepare healthy meals and exercise that's why we can also rely on those creams to somehow help. Then again nothing beats the natural way.

I agree with you totally. That is why we have younger looking grandmas in my family:-) They did not have fast food in their time and all they had were fruits and veggies. Their fast food were prepared at home and given as snacks. Add plenty of fruits and a moderate amount of exercise with your list. They will give amazing results. Have seen it with my own eyes so I recommend this for everyone.

Thanks for sharing these tips , I'll try to eat more tomatoes now. Though I don't like eating green leafy veggies. I'll do it for beauty and health sake.

Thanks for your good health information. You are right that we should avoid chemical to vitalize our skin rather we should depend on more fruits and vegetable, which is safe and its vitalize our skin making it more smooth and attractive. fruits and vegetables have anti-oxidant which removes free re-decals from our body making our body more energetic and attractive.
