Gripes about a single issue are better than multi purpose gripes, so prioritize and be clear about what you want.is it an apology?a refund on a sweater that faded even though you followed the washing instructions? What happened to me , the department store credited my charge card. Things like these should make you narrow down your goals. What’s your side on this?
