Are there any free online games similar to Runescape?

There is a game called dark orbit, it sort of a space game, its not that great, but it is quite addicitive. There was also a game on miniclip... or was it shockwave called robot rampage (or robots rage, i forget) or something. It was quite cool, a sort of robot wars in a game. I quite liked that, and i think you will like it too. Problem is once you get to a certain level, everyone else has brought really cool weapons (missle launchers etc) which you need to pay real money for (pherpas you could fund via mylot, or other sites, if you need some sites just visit profile). And its a bit annoying that the pay for weapons kill in one hit, it sort of ruins the game when there is a lock on missile that will kill u in 1 hit that wont miss, and all you have is a cirucular saw that you need to do a fair amount of hits with!
