Anyone here using Ubuntu?

I have replaced Windows XP operating system to open source Ubuntu OS. I very much like the OS but my motherboard having some problems. Ubuntu OS much lighter but you need some familiarity using certain commands to install programs but still you an source info and guidance by using Googling. I have read comments chances to get virus attack is vrey low compare to Windows XP.

I am using Windows XP. I have been using that for a long time now, on my desktop as well as laptop. Ubuntu OS ! That is new to me. I have not even heard about this. So, I am pretty much outdated then. Yeah, many new things are coming up very often in the computer and internet world. Really amazing ! Thank you very much for the information. I should study that.

One of mine friends is used Ubuntu.. it is a linux OS.. i think it is a very secure OS for system..
