Our body needs plenty of water and it is the best treatment for fluid retention. When the body does not get enough water, it is a threat to survival. Water is the best beverage to take.

Since we get thirsty and people can become dehydrated, water must be very important for the body. So I drink water and only water as a beverage every day.
