sinus brady cradia ! ---- Is it danger or not?

recently, i took a ecg. and it stated my heart rate is very low and it leads to brady cradia. can any one suggest me to maintain the normal heartbeat and the treatment for it?

yes, i feel so bad when i u get sinus its really!!!
u should really anlayse wat is the cause for it
and start doing proper things for that, i certainly feel yoga and medidation to avoid this
pls try this out
