Why dont they legalize weed and sell it for a profit ?

Think about it there tons of things that weed is good for. They say it will help with appetite and hunger. But the benefits to the government selling it to us is they get money that we don't pay for taxes. So my question to you guys is what do you think the benefits or disadvantages to weed?

I guess they only down side is that one day it would end :) But it has $$$ written all over for the government and i dont know how they arent using it :O They have schemes to get money out of people and they dont want to do this for easy money .

I agree its easy money but they probably wouldn't do it at all.
