earnings in Mylot

I have been in Mylot for the last one month. I have been posting responses to discussions on various subject and I initiated discussion only once.After one month I get some doubts about the earnings in mylot. What is amount that they pay for each response.Do they pay on the basis on its length or its quality.Do they ignore some responses if so why. Who decides the amount to be paid for each response. Do they only for initiating discussion only, if so what type discussion they pay more or pay less.I saw their terms and conditions but I did not find answers to these doubts. can any one clarify. I shall be thankful. This doubt is because I posted more than 15 responses on a particular day and my account is credited with 0.8 cents only

It depends on your responses.. If they are one liners or a response of just a few words. You shouldn't be expecting to earn much.
You are paid here for what YOU type not for anything anyone else does.
you are paid for your discussions and for your RESPONSES to those discussions..what ever you type.
It is not a certain amount per response or per discussion.. it depends on the quality and quantity of your response. If you start a discussion and it is just one line asking some stupid question... you aren't offering quantity or quality.. Heck I wouldn't even call that a discussion.
My advice is to respond to all responders who respond to your discussions (that you start) and if someone responds to a response you make on someone else's discussion and you can respond again to keep that "DISCUSSION" (key-word) going.. then you should continue to discuss. THAT is what you are being paid for.
I myself never even count how many posts I have made in a day... I just type from the heart and head- whatever comes out...

What you said correct.Share your knowledge and learn from others and money automatically comes.But as every one should know Mylot is a site for learning and not for earning.You may make a lot in some other site,I do not know which?but if not for money only Mylot is the best....

oh my god 165 post that is a lot hehehe hope i i think everypost here we earn just.01$ heheheh.... and ey can we earn here in mylot if we just linger on the funstuff???? if ever you have an idea please share heehe...i really would like to know more about my lot....=)

Mylot earnings are slow yes but this is because of the quality of posts... these are the basis for the fee they pay you. If you have a lengthy post or response but makes no sense then they will pay you a low fee because mylot makes use of quality checkers... they are read by people just like in call centers where people do that as well. I've been here for almost 3 years now and have earned only 5.58 and 2.50 of that is from the tasks, It all just really depends on the amount and quality of response you do.

oh! is that the way how they pay you? i thought that the amount that shows depends on whether you have reached the cut-off within the day. so it means that not all your posts are counted or given a cent?

If read what others say You will learn a lot.Ignorance is no excuse.After reading and reading I came to know the facts of the situation.I do not know the logerithams of Mylot.What ever it may be I love Mylot...

Now I understand the purpose of discussions in Mylot. I was under wrong impression that payments depend upon the number of posts. Thank you for sharing.

As I read in religious texts that God has written in our destiny how much money we make in our life.We can earn either more or less.Why then poor people .. they too want to be rich only..but they are not rich...

To be frank, we will never know the exact amount. However, roughly and logically, the longer the comment or reply is, the better the chance for a higher pay.
15 posts and you get 0.8? Omg..that is big!
Unless if you are hoping for $1 per post, then maybe you are at the wrong place.
Just post and slowly but surely you will earn money. Don't be greedy :)

I am not greedy as you think.I am well of even without Mylot.I spend time in Mylot mainly for the reason I am interested in discussion.By the way I would to make some bugs online.That is all.

I am not very keen on making money in Mylot.What I want to say is that payments are petty for the energy and the time we spend and the knowledge we share in Mylot.Still discussions are interesting and I love them.

Nobody can be 100% sure about any of those questions.. They have been asked many times and we still don't have all the answers. They do encourage us to make quality posts though, if all your posts are informative you will earn a lot more, your star rating also affects how much you earn. If you have a star with a 10, and post quality posts you will earn more of course.
You don't need to have any doubts about mylot though, as long as you keep posting you will reach the payout, and you can be sure you WILL receive it.

Yes I also feel the same way.No doubt Mylot is a genuine site who pay.My doubt has about the amount they pay for each response.Who decides the quality of the response and starting on a discussion.Is it not subjective if it is decided a by a single person? or group or board who do decide the quality.What is a quality response is very difficult to know. Judging the amounts I receive I think I have to go a long to reach payout stage.
