what design of neckline, collar, sleeves, skirt or pants would look nice on chubby ladies? What designs would conceal the flabs on the tummy and arms?

to hide arms,a chubby woman should avoid cap sleeves.this will emphasize the arms more.a short sleeve above the elbows are better.to hid the tummy,long tops that hit the hips look better than tops that cut the midsection.consider also the fabrics.jersey follows the curves of the body,rather than emphasize them.
