Way back then that chocolates can help you with your depression. Some studies even claim that it protects your tooth from decays. All of their claims are good but whats important is chocolates are my best friend... it drives my nerves crazy... do you love it too? what seems to be addictive to it?

Hi, I am not a chocolate lover, definitely I won't go for chocolate to relieve my stress. For me, I would prefer to go for buffet meal just to relieve my stress. I do eat chocolate once a while, but not every week. I don't really like to eat those sweets food. Most of the time, I will choose mint chocolate as it taste not that sweet and more refreshing. Do remember to drink plenty of water after eating chocolate as it can be a heaty food.

I ? chocolates. Yes, it really helps with your depression because it lightens up the mood and make you feel good. I give my husband chocolates because He really needs it. He's up staying late for work and i give him chocolates instead of coffee to keep him awake and energize his brain. We better watch out of tooth decays, so we should brush our teeth after eating sweets. I heard that acidic foods destroys the teeth more than sweets. So I am trying to avoid acidic foods now, and I am going to brush my teeth after eating chocolates. =p
