Try just asking her out on a date. It seems that many guys don't do that anymore. It's nice when a guy walks up to a girl and asks her for a date. Go out a couple of times, and THEN tell her your feelings. She will appreciate it.

Maybe you need to establish first a communication. Talk to her.Find ways to get to know each other. Now; once you establish a communication, establish friendship. Be supportive at all times, know your difference, similarity, her likes and dislikes.Then after establishing the two, its time for you to show your feelings.
