When I was in my early twenties I traveled to one of the Canary Islands that belong to Spain. I really liked it there and found it a relaxing place to visit. Mainland Spain is very popular with other Brits especially the Costa De Sol area. One day in the future I would like to visit Barcelona and the beaches near to it. I am keen on exploring cities with attractive looking architecture. Spain is a country that I like and I think it is doing well with tourism. Between England and Spain there are many cheap flights: low cost airlines and charter flights too. I am keen on the Spanish language. I like Spanish speaking places in Central America like Guatemala which I visited in 2006.

He, he! Thanks for your information. If you travel to Barcelona, don't forget to visit lots of beaches at the South! They haven't got anything of architecture, but you can enjoy with the sun, the cool weather, and the party! Canary islands are the Caribbean of Spain :). What island have you visited? Gran Canaria, Lanzarote, Tenerife... All of this places are beautiful, and they are the best place to relax, and dream. The interior zone of Spain is best to look for architecture. In the North, you can follow Santiago's Way, and find lots of Cathedrals. Meanwhile, In the center of the peninsule, people visits Madrid and Toledo. In the South, there are lots of interesting cities where tha Arabic architecture connects with the spanish buildings. If you are like the people who loves party, Don't forget to visit Mallorca and Ibiza, the capital of the party! And it's got lots of incredible small-beaches with crystalline water. Spain is waiting you!
